Fydub Creator helps YouTube creators generate translated audio and subtitle files for their videos. This policy explains what data we use and why.

Information we collect

  • YouTube video ID, selected target language, selected voice, and generation settings.
  • Device identifier used to connect your extension with your Premium plan and token balance.
  • Email address if you restore an account, contact support, or complete a Premium checkout.
  • Usage information such as generated files, token usage, errors, and service logs.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not ask for or store your YouTube password.
  • We do not publish to your YouTube channel unless you take action inside YouTube Studio.
  • We do not use your private channel data for advertising profiles.

How we use information

We use data to generate translated audio, prepare MP3/SRT/XML downloads, manage tokens and Premium access, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and provide support.

Third-party services

Fydub Creator may use hosting, database, payment, and text-to-speech providers to operate the service. Payment information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored directly by Fydub Creator.

Retention and security

Generated files and logs are kept only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, or protect the platform. We use HTTPS and limited access controls to protect service data.

Your choices

You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of account-related information. Some records may be retained when required for security, billing, or legal reasons.
